It’s great living in Dalyan but the Turkish system is very different to the UK and it can be frustrating trying to get things done in a foreign country. Sometimes you need someone to oil the wheels of bureaucracy or just show you the ropes...
To help with this, easyDalyan has launched a Personal Assistant service. After all, you visit an Internet cafe to obtain information so we decided to take the idea one step further and offer a tailor-made advice shop. In addition to our tool hire and translation service, easyAssistant can also help with all aspects of life in Turkey, so whether you’re planning a visit or even relocation to Turkey or have already made the big move, and have any questions or concerns, please just contact us.
easyDalyan is an entirely independent organisation and offers 100% impartial advice.
To prove that we know what we’re talking about, we’ve put a Q&A panel on each of our pages, and we invite you to submit your questions by emailing easyDalyan.
Q: Do I need to carry ID with me in Turkey? A: All Turkish people are obliged to carry an ID card and foreign visitors should keep their passport with them at all times (it's a good idea to take several photocopies and leave at least one at your accommodation). If you have a Turkish residency permit then you should carry that with you as well.

We will answer them personally and will include some of them on our website to assist other Turkish newcomers.
We do not take commission and only charge for our time - our rate is just £10 an hour. If the work requires us to travel outside Dalyan we make a small additional charge to cover travel and petrol expenses. However, we also offer discounts if you contract our services for more than one day.
